Practice Pending Admission

An attorney licensed in another jurisdiction who has been actively practicing law for three of the past five years, and who has submitted an application for on motion C.R.C.P. 203.2), on motion based on UBE score transfer (C.R.C.P. 203.3), or by examination(C.R.C.P. 203.4), may be permitted to provide legal services in Colorado for no more than 365 days if certain conditions are met.
